Alumna Casey Amorelli-Oberjuerge (’17) is the Adler Law Group’s newest associate. Casey joined the firm this fall. Casey’s work has special resonance in California. She represents victims of California’s wildfires. In fact, she was recently in the Chico area, meeting with homeowners affected by the Camp Fire, which destroyed the town of Paradise, California. As noted in her firm profile:
Mrs. Oberjuerge specializes in fire litigation representing the interests of homeowners who have been harmed by California Wildfires. She graduated with a Bachelors of Arts from UCLA.
After graduating from UCLA, Mrs. Oberjuerge worked in the legal field for a number of years including work as a Certified Paralegal prior to attending Law School. While she attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Mrs. Oberjuerge was an Editor of the Law Review and graduated in the top 5 of her graduating class.
At Thomas Jefferson, Casey also worked in the Admissions Office and served as Professor Susan Bisom-Rapp’s learning assistant for Torts I and II. “I am so proud of everything Casey has accomplished,” said Professor Susan Bisom-Rapp. “As an attorney, she is serving the people of California in a crucial way.”
