Yesterday, the editors at Stanford Law Review Online and Yale Law Journal Online published an important joint collection of essays on #MeToo and the Law. The collection features essays by law professors participating in UNLEASH Equality, a group committed to discussing the legal ramifications of the #MeToo and TIME'S UP movements. Associate Dean Susan Bisom-Rapp noted that she and Professor Rebecca Lee are honored to have their essays featured in the Stanford symposium, along with Vicki Schultz (Yale), Nicole Buonocore Porter (Toledo), Ann McGinley (UNLV), Ian Ayres (Yale), and Nancy Gertner (Harvard). The Yale symposium features work by Vicki Schultz (Yale), Brian Soucek (UC Davis), Rachel Arnow-Richman (Denver), Angela Onwuachi-Willig (Berkeley, incoming Dean of BU Law), Tristin Green (USF), and Ramit Mizrahi (Mizrahi Law, APC).
