Frantz Farreau

Frantz Farreau is a real estate attorney and broker associate at
HomeSmart Realty West. He received his undergraduate degree in
neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University and his law degree from the
College of William and Mary Marshall Wythe College of Law, the first law
school in the United States. Frantz Farreau’s practice as a real estate
broker focuses on clearing title issues prior to sale, 1031 exchanges,
and working with first time home sellers.

Mr. Farreau is committed to service in both the legal and real estate
communities, as well as the community at large. He serves on the
education and grievance committees of the San Diego Association of
Realtors. He is also the treasurer of the California Lawyers Association
Real Property Law Section Executive Committee, and a member of the board
of directors of Lawyers Club of San Diego.

In has spare time, Mr. Farreau serves as a volunteer facilitator and
trainer for the Insight Prison Project’s Victim Offender Education
Group. He is also a vintage social dancer, hiker, and classical pianist.
