Adjunct Professor Nominati Graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2011. While in law school, he was a Senior Editor of the Thomas Jefferson Law Review. After graduating law school, he passed the California Bar and began working as a prosecutor at the San Diego City Attorney's Office. After approximately three years with that office, he began working at the San Diego District Attorney's Office.
In the past decade of prosecution work, Mr. Nominati has prosecuted a wide array of complex and sensitive cases including homicides, kidnap for rape, child molests, stalking, domestic violence, robberies, carjackings, and elder abuse. He regularly trains fellow prosecutors in the areas of jury selection, cross examination, opening statements, and juvenile law. In 2021, Mr. Nominati was awarded the outstanding achievement award for his work at the District Attorney's Office.
